From the Doctor:

I want my patients to feel and function better as quickly as possible. To that end, I am a "scientist-practitioner" and utilize therapies that research shows to be most effective. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Exposure and Response Prevention (EX-RP), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Parent Training on Behavioral Interventions are some of my most-often used therapeutic methods.

I grew up in Jacksonville and am happy to be living and working here as an adult. I spend non-working hours playing with my family- I'm married with two sons. I enjoy being outdoors, yoga, reading and learning how to be more mindful in my life.
