About Me

It is our natural aptitude to be healthy, happy and whole. I believe that each person has the capacity to experience wellness with proper focus and awareness. I like the World Health Organization (WHO) definition of health: "A state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Health is a dynamic condition resulting from the body's constant adjustment and adaptation in response to stresses and changes in the environment for maintaining an inner equilibrium called homeostasis."

I am grateful to my patients, teachers, family, friends, colleagues, coworkers and many others. They continue to provide valuable insight, inspiration and support in my evolving understanding of disease, health and life. I enjoy reading, singing, music, painting, walking and bicycling. Most of my personal time goes towards education since I feel that learning never ends. One of my favorite local charity is the Sulzbacher center.
