Amy Rosa, DNP, RN
Vice President and Chief Nursing Information Officer
Amy Rosa began her career at Baptist Health as director of Clinical Informatics in 2013. As Vice President, Dr. Rosa will serve as part of the nursing executive leadership team collaborating in the development of strategies to best select technologies that help improve the caregiver experience.
Rosa earned a doctorate in nursing practice from the University of Miami, a master’s degree in medical informatics from Northwestern University, a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and an associate’s degree in nursing from Miami Dade College. Dr. Rosa is a member and past president of the American Nursing Informatics Association, American Organization of Nurse Executives, American Medical Informatics Association and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society for Nursing.
She is a 2017 recipient of Great 100 Nurses of Northeast Florida and a 2016 recipient of Health Data Management’s 75 Most Powerful Women in Healthcare IT award, and a current fellow in the Advisory Board fellowship program.
