Baptist Medical Center is seeking an Internal Traveler Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist to join our Cath Lab team at Baptist Jacksonville! This position is a key component of Baptist Medical Center's esteemed Internal Traveler Program, offering a 12-week contract with the added flexibility of self-scheduling, along with an attractive premium hourly rate of $75/hr! This is a Full-Time Day shift opportunity with a schedule consisting of 4 10-hour shifts 6:30 am - 5 pm with rotating call. 

As a Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist you will be responsible for: 

• Preparing Cath Lab for acceptance of cardiac patients.
• Performing technical duties including scrubbing and hemodynamic monitoring/recording of diagnostic and interventional procedures such as cardiac cath, PTCA, stent, atherectomy, peripherals
• Assisting with monitoring and care of patients as directed

Experience

• Less than 1 year Cath Laboratory Experience
• Experience working at another hospital

License and Certification

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Registered Technologist in Cardiac-Interventional Radiography ARRT (CI) Required Or
• Registered Cardiovascular Technologist (RCVT) Required Or
• Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT Required Or
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Required Or
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist Required Or
