Baptist Medical Center is currently looking to add an Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist, Invasive Cardiology Technologist at our new Heart Rhythm Center located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Full-time, day shift opportunity working four 10 hour shifts Monday through Friday 6:30am to 5:00pm. No call or weekends required. The RCIS is required within 12 months of hire date.

As an Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist you will be responsible for: 

• Performing technical duties such as scrubbing and hemodynamic monitoring. 
• Recording for EP procedures, RF ablations and pacemakers/ICD's.
• Assisting with monitoring and care of patients as directed.

Experience

• Less than 1 year Cath Laboratory Experience
• Experience working at another hospital

License and Certification

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Registered Technologist in Cardiac-Interventional Radiography ARRT (CI) Required Or
• Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT Required Or
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Required Or
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist Required
