Clinical Quality Improvement Nurse, Clinical Quality Analytics, Full Time, Days, Downtown Jacksonville

Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Clinical Quality Improvement Nurse to join the Clinical Quality Analytics team.  This is a full-time, hybrid position locaated at the downtown Jacksonville Campus.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Quality Management activities related to Baptist MD Anderson as well as quality management assignments for the hospital system.
• Candidate should be self-directed and able to manage multiple improvement activities.
• Understanding and experience in data sourcing, data collection, data analysis with recommendations is essential. 
• Knowledge of the quality metrics from Joint Commission accreditation, and other publicly reported patient outcomes is a plus.
• For Baptist MD Anderson Improvement Nurse: a strong background in Oncology and knowledge of the Commission on Cancer performance improvement standards is important

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing

Experience

• 3-5 Years Experience working in an Acute Care setting

License and Certification

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Required
• Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) Preferred
• Licensed Registered Nurse Required
