Job Summary
Baptist Health is hiring a Clinical Quality Improvement Nurse to join the Clinical Quality Analytics team. This is a full-time, hybrid position locaated at the downtown Jacksonville Campus.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Quality Management activities related to Baptist MD Anderson as well as quality management assignments for the hospital system.
- Candidate should be self-directed and able to manage multiple improvement activities.
- Understanding and experience in data sourcing, data collection, data analysis with recommendations is essential.
- Knowledge of the quality metrics from Joint Commission accreditation, and other publicly reported patient outcomes is a plus.
- For Baptist MD Anderson Improvement Nurse: a strong background in Oncology and knowledge of the Commission on Cancer performance improvement standards is important
