Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Cook I in our Dietary Department at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville. This is a PRN opportunity that requires flexibility for various shifts.
As a Cook I, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing quality food in accordance with designated recipes and within HACCP guidelines.
- Preparing food items in limited time period.
- Possessing the ability to batch cook, serve regular and modified diets hot foods on patient tray line, and follow proper safety and sanitation policies.
