Job Summary

Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Cook I in our Dietary Department at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville, to float between Baptist campuses. This is a PRN opportunity that offers flexibility for various shifts. 

Cook I responsibilities include:

  • Must have the ability to measure, mix, portion and cook according to provided recipes and production charts for patients, guests, and staff
  • They will need to be able to work clean, safe, and sanitary in accordance with department policies
  • Must have the ability to fill out all logs, production charts, cleaning schedules, etc assigned by management in accordance with department policies and procedures
