Job Summary

A dynamic role that facilitates, coaches and consults for leaders at Baptist Health. The primary focus of this position is to develop leaders within their current role and for greater levels of responsibility within the organization. This is accomplished through classroom facilitation, in-depth coaching sessions and high potential program administration. The consultant will also work with an organization development mindset to guide leaders in attaining personal and departmental goals.

• 5-7 years Curriculum Development Experience Preferred
• 5-7 years Developmental Experience Required
• 5-7 years Staff Development, Leadership Development facilitation experience Required
• 5-7 years Experience with instructional design or curriculum development Preferred
• Experience with Workday, StrengthsFinder, Arbinger, Myers Briggs, DiSC, 360 Assessments, Learning Mgmt Sys or Similar Tools Preferred

License and Certification

• Healthcare Experience Preferred
