Job Summary

Baptist Medical Center is currently looking to add a Mammography Technologist to our MRI Department at our Baptist Medical Center located in Jacksonville, FL. The primary responsibility of a Mammography Technologist is to ensure physicians and other members of a patient’s care team receive high-quality images of the breast so they can use to make diagnoses or assess the success of treatments. This is a PRN, various shifts opportunity. Certification Note: ARRT (M) or Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) qualified; 18 months from date of hire to obtain ARRT (M).

As a Mammography Technologist you will be responsible for: 

• Performing high quality screenings.
• Performing diagnostic and invasive breast procedures.
• Performing bone density radiography.
