Job Summary

We’re hiring for a New Patient Coordinator for the BMDA ONPAC department in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a Full Time Days position located at Baptist Jacksonville.

 

The New Patient Coordinator will support the BMDA ONPAC Department and should be comfortable completing the following responsibilities:

  • Intermediate level knowledge of insurance
  • Medical records
  • Multi-line telephone
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to match patient care needs with services available
  • Good judgment triaging patients with acute needs over the phone

New Patient Coordinator Education and Experience Requirements

  • 3-5 Years Medical Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
