Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a dedicated Emergency Department Technician II to work in the Emergency Department at our Baptist Jacksonville location in Jacksonville, FL! This is a Full-Time Nights position with a 36 hour per week commitment. The Emergency Department Technician II will be responsible for assisting the Registered Nurse (RN) with the care of patients who have healthcare needs including:
- - Activities of Daily Living;
- - Maintaining a safe environment;
- - Collecting lab specimens;
- - Intake and output monitoring;
- - Electronic medical record documentation.

High School Diploma/GED
- Less than 1 year Hospital Experience Required
- Less than 1 year Trasnport Medicine Setting Experience Required

License and Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Incident Command system (ICS) 300, 400 Preferred
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred
- Licensed Registered Paramedic Required
