Job Summary

We’re hiring for a Patient Financial Services Rep II for the PAS Call Center Department in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a Full Time Days position located at Baptist Metro Square.


The Patient Financial Services Rep II will support the Patient Financial Services Department. This position is in a call center environment. Candidates should feel comfortable completing the following responsibilities:

  • Obtaining maximum reimbursement through established billing and collection policies and procedures
  • Collecting accounts in a timely manner
  • Interacting with patients, insurance companies, etc on a daily basis

Patient Financial Services Rep II Education and Experience Requirements

  • 1-2 years Insurance Billing Experience
  • Call Center Experience
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Familiarity with Call Center Performance Measurement
  • Experience with Inbound and Outbound calls
  • Associates Degree Preferred
