Job Summary

Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Clinical Resource Coordinator Registered Nurse (RN) to our Cath Lab at Baptist Clay, located in Fleming Island, FL. This is a Full-time, day shift opportunity. This Clinical Resource Coordinator RN will be responsible for Cath Lab specific coordination. This Clinical Resource Coordinator working in the Cath Lab will have 3-5 Years Perioperative Nursing Experience. 

Located on Fleming Island at U.S. 17 and Village Square Parkway, Baptist Medical Center Clay brings a full range of high-quality health care to communities of Fleming Island, Orange Park, Green Cove Springs, Oakleaf, Middleburg and beyond.

As a Clinical Resourse Coordinator RN, you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for specific specialty for coordination, preparation of assigned rooms/cases, assessment of patients, anticipation of needs of the case.
• Facilitates any special needs of the surgeon, meets with vendors and keeps preference sheets current.
• Is the specialist for a given service.
• Assessment of patients and their needs.
• Is able to perform any role in the service - scrub, assist or circulate.

Associate's Degree - Nursing

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing

Experience

• 3-5 Years Perioperative Nursing Experience

License and Certification

• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) Preferred
• Licensed Registered Nurse Required

Location Overview

Baptist Clay Medical Campus is located on 32 acres at U.S. 17 and Village Square Parkway on Fleming Island.  The facility opened in May 2013 to bring the high-quality care of Wolfson Children’s Hospital and Baptist Health to residents of Clay County.  The Baptist/Wolfson Children’s Emergency Center, which is open 24 hours a day, has 16 treatment rooms, a separate waiting room for children, child-specific medical equipment and imaging capabilities, a LifeFlight helipad and an on-site ambulance. Pediatric emergency medicine physicians affiliated with Wolfson Children’s Hospital are also available during peak hours daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The campus’s three-story Medical Office Building also houses the Wolfson Children’s Specialty Center on the first floor. The Medical Office Building has primary care and specialist physicians’ offices that are open throughout the year, providing Clay County families with a “one-stop” destination for a wide array of care.
