Our leadership team works closely with our local governing boards and our clinical teams of doctors, nurses and staff to lead quality care that is focused on the individual needs of patients and families. As a result, the National Research Corporation has named Baptist Health Most Preferred Healthcare Provider in the Jacksonville area every year since 1990.
We are the only nonprofit, mission-driven, locally governed healthcare system in our area. Our mission and core values call us to create a healthier community. This is our social responsibility, and it is far more than donations. It’s about engaging our own employees in community needs, providing leadership for community initiatives and bringing key players together to tackle tough problems.
