Baptist Medical Center Nassau Appoints Janice Ancrum to Board of Directors

Baptist Medical Center Nassau is pleased to announce that Janice Ancrum has joined Baptist Nassau’s board of directors.
Ms. Ancrum is the executive director of the Nassau County Council on Aging, Inc., a position she has held since November 2012. She has 30 years of combined government and non-profit experience, and has held leadership positions in these areas for 25 years. Recently, she was selected to participate in Emerging Leaders Training, a nationwide year-long course sponsored by Bank of America. She was selected as a nominee for “Business Leader of the Year,” by the Amelia Island-Fernandina Beach-Yulee Chamber of Commerce in 2013.
Ms. Ancrum graduated from the University of Florida and is a native of Fernandina Beach. Her community involvement activities include: The United Way; Girl Scouts of America; Northeast Florida Hospice; YMCA; and serving on the Barnabas Center’s board of directors.
