Job Summary

Baptist Medical Center Nassau located just off the coast of Northeast Florida is currently seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife / Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to join the team. Under the direction and supervision of our OBGYN physician, Dr. Regan Hill, this position will give medical care to obstetrical and gynecological patients. The Certified Nurse Midwife will possess a high-level judgment in managing patient care and assessing risk status. The responsibilities for this position include: providing women’s health care, family planning, pregnancy care, childbirth, postpartum period care, care of newborns and gynecological needs.

  • Assess, diagnose, and manage aspects of Women’s health including annual exams 
  • Will handle deliveries once they start OB services 
  • Management of low-risk OB patients

What You Will Need 

  • AMCB Certified for Certified Nurse Midwife required 
  • NCC Certified for Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner 
  • Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Licensure  
  • Labor & Delivery experience preferred
  • Experience as a surgical assist 
  • At least 3 years of certified nurse midwife experience
  • DEA Licensure
