Baptist Heart Specialists is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing practice in Fleming Island, FL. The selected Advanced Practitioner Provider would provide both inpatient and outpatient care as a member of the Baptist Health team. You have the opportunity to be a part of our newest hospital, Baptist Clay, and continue to build on the existing cardiology and referral presence.

- Master of Science, required
- 1-2 years¿ Cardiology experience, preferred
- 1-2 years¿ Inpatient experience, preferred
- Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner
- Licensed Physician Assistant or ARNP

Baptist Clay will be the newest facility in the Baptist Health family. This full-service, 100-bed hospital will open fall of 2022, expanding on the existing Baptist Clay Medical Campus.
