About Me

I have served the Jacksonville Beaches area as a nurse practitioner in neurology since 2001. My husband, son and I share a love for the ocean, the environment, and traveling.

I believe in the importance of addressing the mind, body and spirit in a person's care plan. I do this through listening to health stories and partnering with patients to come up with an achievable plan for neurological health.

I spend my extracurricular time in the MS community educating and empowering people living with MS and other providers. In 2012, I founded a non-profit organization, oMS Yoga, that is still active and brings free virtual yoga classes to people living with MS.
