From the Doctor:
I’m a proud graduate of Florida State University’s College of Medicine and I performed both my internship and residency right here in Jacksonville. As the mother of four children, I love spending time with my husband and our growing family, whether it be in the outdoors, or having a quiet night in with a movie.
I’m passionate about empowering patients to take charge of their health, and I believe it is important for them to make their own decisions about their healthcare and to be invested in their outcomes. I believe in treating the whole person – mind, body and soul - to create the best outcomes possible.
I believe in practicing what I preach to my patients, such as maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I feel that this is important so that they have not just a doctor to discuss their issues with but a confidant who understands what they are experiencing in their health journey.
