A former chief resident with a master’s degree in physiology and biophysics, she values open communication with her patients and works with them to create holistic and appropriate care plans. About Me

I was born and raised in Maryland and have lived in several states before recently settling down in Florida, where I now enjoy its sunshine. In my free time, you can find me participating in a variety of outdoor activities, including stand-up paddle boarding, running and swimming. I also love to travel, read historical fiction and spend time with my friends and family.

I believe it is important to partner with my patients to design a plan to manage their health. Developing trusting relationships with my patients is essential, and it is one of my favorite parts about being a doctor. In addition to helping patients with their current conditions, I also promote preventative care to avoid future health issues. Most importantly, I understand that health is a combination of physical, emotional, social components and I work to develop these with my patients.

I enjoy volunteering at free clinics to provide care to both the underinsured and uninsured, including the homeless.
