From the Doctor:
After earning my medical degree from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, I relocated to Central Florida to serve my residency and launch my primary care career. I volunteered as a sports physician for the public school systems in Orange and Seminole counties and served as a team physician for the Orlando Predators Arena Football team.
My family and I enjoy an active and healthy lifestyle. I recently took up training for triathlons with a goal of participating in an Ironman distance event in the near future. I’ve been on a whole food, plant-based diet for the past 25 years and enjoy speaking to the public about the benefits of diet and exercise and other health topics.
