About Me

I have lived in Jacksonville for the past 14 years and I enjoy spending quality time with my family, meditating, performing martial arts, dancing and singing.

I believe that effective communication with a patient plays a vital role in the quality of care and the overall health outcome. I cultivate a true bonding experience with my patients by listening and reflecting on what I have heard, and letting them know that they are heard and understood.

My husband and I offer cardio exercises, Tai chi, martial arts and self-defense to the community.
