From the Doctor

I was born and raised in Connecticut and lived up North my entire life before moving to Jacksonville in 2012 for residency. I have enjoyed discovering everything North Florida has to offer and happy to make Jacksonville my home. I enjoy traveling, reading, biking and love spending time with my husband and two children.

I became a family physician because I love to get to know families. I am passionate about partnering with patients to make their own healthcare decisions and to be able to focus on prevention. While treating chronic medical conditions, I believe in also taking a holistic approach, exploring other factors which may contribute to overall health in an effort to create the best possible outcome.
