I deeply appreciate people’s individual journeys through life and each person’s unique perspective. This serves as the basis of the care I provide. I enjoy helping people navigate health conditions and other life challenges by understanding how these difficulties affect them individually and then working toward enhancing or restoring their own unique sense of balance and inner peace. My goal is always to work together with my patients toward their objective and to provide assistance that is tailored to their needs.
I relocated to Jacksonville from southern Virginia and enjoy the city’s warm climate and beautiful water. I love music, pets, different forms of meditation, and giving back to the community.
