From the Doctor:
I want my patients to feel and function better as quickly as possible. To that end, I am a "scientist-practitioner" and utilize therapies that research shows to be most effective. Cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, exposure and response prevention, dialectical behavioral therapy, and parent training on behavioral interventions are some of my most-often used therapeutic methods.
I grew up in Jacksonville and am happy to be living and working here as an adult. Outside of the office I enjoy playing with my family—I'm married with two sons. I enjoy being outdoors, practicing yoga, reading and learning how to be more mindful in my life.
