Family and Friends CPR Class
The AHA (American Heart Association) Family & Friends CPR Course teaches the lifesaving skills of adult Hands-Only CPR and AED use (demonstrated by the instructor) child CPR and AED use, infant CPR, and mild and severe airway block for adults, children, and infants. Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment using AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible. In addition to CPR, this course will cover injury prevention tips and safety. Whether you are a parent, grandparent, babysitter or friend, this single session will provide you with the skills that can turn a life-threatening situation into a lifesaving one.
Family & Friends CPR is for people who want to learn CPR but does not need a CPR course completion card, such as healthcare providers, healthcare students, or anyone in the workplace that needs one to meet a job requirement.
