Prenatal yoga provides safe, simple and effective exercises designed to strengthen and relax your rapidly changing body. Come share your experience with other women as you empower yourself through yoga, meditation and guided visualization. This approach is gentle and safe for women in all stages of pregnancy. However please discuss and get approval from your healthcare provider prior to attending.
What to Bring
Please bring your own yoga mat, towel and water.

A certified yoga instructor teaches this course.
