Attentiveness of my complaints. Thoroughness as well. MD is first class on all the above. Angela is a great asset to you as well. First time I met her, and she went over all my past scans etc.

Friendly, knowledge staff and physicians. Wait time minimal. Felt very confident the practitioner I saw knew her stuff and recommended a very sound plan of action. It is MD Anderson, after all. They hire the best and the brightest. Feel absolutely confident I will get top tier care.

Everything! Feel much better about my situation. I feel like I have a team in my corner. I now feel like I am not alone in this situation I find my self in. Everything I was concerned about has been addressed at this point. I feel very relieved at this stage.

I have loved everything about my care at MD Anderson until I had my appointment with Survivorship. I wasn???t looking forward to this appointment as I love all my physicians and their physician extenders. I did find I liked Angela the new Survivorship nurse practitioner. I did not care at all for Tammy her Nurse Navigator. She down played everything Dr Crozier told me regarding being on Letrozole and told me once I was discharged from Dr Croziers care I would be ???her??? hands have to Letrozole for 10 years not the 5 years Dr Crozier initially told me. I tried telling her what Dr Crozier told me and she winked at me and said after 5 years it wasn???t up to Dr Crozier. This made me very uncomfortable. I would not like to see her again even if it means switching to a different survivorship practitioner.

I waited for an hour and rhe left. The front desk who checked me in and the nurse who would gave taken my vitals would have realized I am still in the waiting room. Unacceptable. If I was late you wouldn't see me and then charge me for the office visit. I should charge you for 3 hours of mine time. To fix the problem I have a zoom meeting please explain to me how can my breast be examined. I will discontinue my visits with MD Anderson
