The front desk staff were pleasant and welcoming, the medical assistant was thorough, pleasant and knowledgeable in her job duties and made sure my mom had a copy of everything she needed. Dr. Nunes was absolutely the most patient, understanding, thorough and knowledgeable physician I have ever met. She answers all of our questions, gave us assurance that she is on our team to find the right medication that will work for my mom, explained everything in detail and in lamens terms and had excellent eye contact. She made us feel like my mom was a priority to her in getting her the help she needed even though I know Dr. Nunes has a million other things to do and other patients to care for. She has a way of not making you feel like she is in a rush to get to her next patient. I know God answered my prayer for my mom by sending my mom to Dr. Nunes. We got the answers we were looking for which is a first step in the right direction. I can???t thank Dr. Nunes and her staff enough.

I like everything about your office. I was promptly greeted by Tripp- no waiting time. He was knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Nunes answered the many questions I had concerning my state of health and explained the medication she prescribed and the test she ordered. Very pleasant visit.

The Front Office Staff were very enthusiastic about seeing me and very courteous in registering my visit. The attending Practitioner was very gregarious and pleasant as she took my pressure, and asked pre-visit information. The Doctor was also very pleasant and listened carefully and provide answers to my questions. Indeed Doctor Nunes Caravaglio, was very thorough and methodical as she examined me. Finally, Dr. Caravaglio gave me assurance and I felt much better about my Neurological health. Lionel Smith

I loved the front desk lady April, she was amazing and I also loved Dr. Nunes. You could change your office manager's follow up. I asked her to call me back regarding an issue I was having but she never returned my call and I think that was very unprofessional. I know for sure that she was given the message.

Dr. Michelle Nunes Caravaglio was hands down the best doctor I???ve been to in quite a while???& over the past few years I???ve unfortunately seen many. She was kind, compassionate, & took the time to listen to what was going on with me with various solutions to try. I felt heard as a patient which is so important when one is in a situation of uncertainty & needs guidance & understanding. Most of all she offered possible solutions???they may or may not work???but at least she is willing to try & figure out ways to alleviate my ailments which is a relief on so many levels. Absolute highest praise!
