About Me
I am originally from Santa Cruz, California, but for the past eight years, I have enjoyed raising my two children alongside my husband, an Amelia Island native, in Fernandina Beach. This experience has been incredibly rewarding, as we have built our family life together in a welcoming and supportive environment. The time spent here has allowed us to grow as a family and embrace the unique charm of the island.
I believe that the most effective care begins with listening — truly understanding each patient’s story, values, and concerns. I believe in building trusting relationships through open communication and respect, empowering patients to be active participants in their health. My philosophy integrates evidence-based medicine with compassionate and individualized care which recognizes that wellness involves the mind, body and spirit. As a nurse practitioner, I strive to bridge clinical expertise with empathy, guiding patients toward improved respiratory health and overall well-being.
Outside of clinical practice, I enjoy taking part in community health events and strengthening my connections with patients and neighbors throughout the area.
