Darcy Ashare, APRN, is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over a decade of hands-on nursing experience and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. In 2017, Darcy relocated to Florida from New Jersey and has since become an integral part of the medical community. Known for her approachable nature, clinical expertise, and strong advocacy for her patients, Darcy brings a thoughtful and thorough approach to care. She is passionate about building strong relationships with patients and empowering them to take an active role in their health and wellness.

I’ve loved making a home in St. Augustine with my husband, our two young kids, and our dog. Life is busy and full, but we make it a priority to spend time outside—whether we’re digging in the garden, exploring local parks, or watching our son on the field. Those everyday moments keep me connected to what really matters: family, community, and the value of being present
My philosophy of care is rooted in the belief that patients should feel empowered to advocate for themselves and play an active role in their health journey. I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free space where patients feel heard, respected, and involved in every decision. Whenever possible, I take a holistic approach, considering not just physical symptoms but also the emotional, social and lifestyle factors that impact overall well-being. I believe in partnering with my patients, providing the education and tools they need to make informed choices and feel confident in their care.
