I love my doctor, Dr Hand, who is knowledgeable and has an amazing bedside manner. All the personnel at MD Anderson are warm and friendly and exceptionally great at their jobs. The facility is clean and peaceful.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of areas. Physician (Dr Hand) was thorough and made me feel like I was the only patient on her busy schedule that day.

Over the last 5 years of visits for my post surgery care I was greeted by staff with friendly hi & hellos. And that was just passing by the various desks before arriving at my destination. Once at my destination there was the same kindness by the check-in and the nursing staff. Kindness, compassion & caring by ALL staff. I felt like royalty! Dr. Hand & her dedicated assistants were always very attentive to my needs. We even developed some ongoing discussions of my travels & my family. It was a scarry situation and they were ALL very supportive to me and my needs. I am thankful for the care I received from MD ANDERSON "CARE".
