The office seems to work well. This includes medical service, lab services, and even the paperwork despite some minor glitches. Seems to be relatively efficient for all parties involved (Dr., patient, & support staff).

The office is easy to locate. Parking is abundant. Directions to the Age Well office are posted by elevator, and easy to read. The office is bright, and clean. Wait times are minimal. Care is efficient. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend.

Extremely caring, and knowledgeable

Dr Patel was very customer friendly and made you feel relaxed. She was very informative and helped throughout the entire process. My wife and daughter were allowed to stay during the meeting. Dr Patel welcomed them and allowed them to ask questions and she responded to all of their questions. They felt welcome and were also very pleased with Dr Patel. The doctor/patient relationship was out standing.

The office is in an easy-to-reach location, and offers plenty of parking. They have even taken the extra helpful step of placing a sign beside the elevator on the first floor with instructions on how to locate the office on the third floor. The office is well-run. The receptionist is polite and efficient. Wait time was minimal. Dr. Patel was thorough, and compassionate. She took her time with me, and really listened to what I was saying. I highly recommend.
