The scheduling process is so easy and setting up the video is simple. I truly enjoy getting to speak with Jessica, she is a great listener and makes it easy for me to work through the struggles that I have been having. I hate that she is only EAP, I would gladly see her in a professional setting more in the future.

I have seen Jessica for my EAP visits for 3 years and counting. She has been extraordinarily helpful and understanding as I work through my work stress and the stress from my personal life. She is always encouraging and she helps me find the root causes of why I'm stressed or upset about a specific situation. I'm able to perform my job duties much better using the tools that she has taught me (and refreshed a couple times), and I'm happy to say I am learning to practice self compassion. Overall, I feel like I'm a more centered and resilient person with her help and perspective. I will always be appreciative! I have recommended her specifically to others in my department and encourage everyone who is struggling to use the EAP program for additional support. Thank you for offering these services to us, and thank you for having skilled providers like Jessica!

I had no idea how to explain why I wanted to seek help, but I found myself opening up to her I ended up explaining about 5 different life situations where I need assistance. She is a great listener, very calm and reassuring, so glad I made the call!
