Olivia Raines, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with experience working in inpatient, outpatient, and prison settings that include both individual and group therapy. Additionally, Olivia has experience working with patients who struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, substance use, and how it impacts their daily functioning, relational and thinking patterns. I use an action-oriented, non-judgmental approach to encourage individuals to discover self-acceptance and find solutions tailored to their needs and treatment plan goals.

I'm a Jacksonville native and enjoy being outdoors, walking trails, or going to local parks with my two dogs. I love being near the water, hiking, or trying a new restaurant. I enjoy spending quality time with my family, friends, and seeking out an activity in nature.

My philosophy of care is person-centered, focused on the individual's unique experience, where I offer a non-judgmental approach and help others find healing and provide a safe space for clients to share. Together, we explore and process experiences, and I work alongside the client to promote wholeness. I offer a secure, therapeutic environment and believe everyone can achieve optimal mental health.

I am an advocate for community mental health and animal welfare. I enjoy engaging in mental health groups and monthly volunteer work. I am passionate about helping others, environmental and social issues, and I like to volunteer for causes that target these issues.
