About Me

I have lived here in Jacksonville since 2011. My family and I love travelling, food, and the outdoors. We spend our free time riding, kayaking and hiking.

My philosophy of care is that I am actually not the expert in my clients' lives. In order to help them overcome their problems, I have to listen to them and meet them where they are. I aim to help my clients uncover how their problems are impacting them and develop realistic strategies to minimize those problems in the future.

I think it is very important to treat everyone with dignity and respect, especially those who may feel marginalized or pushed aside by society.
