Acerca de Yo

I am a former Air Force child and spent most of my childhood in Texas and Tennessee but settled in Florida with my family in 2017. I enjoy going to the beach, running, snow skiing, and exploring surrounding areas with my family and friends. I enjoy attending sporting events as well.

My passion is helping teens, children and adults as they navigate the wide variety of challenges that life presents. My goal when working with children and teens is to equip them to navigate their home and school environments as well as peer relationships successfully, whether they are experiencing a crisis or life transition. I implement an eclectic approach to support permanent change.

I am honored to have the opportunity to work with patients who are looking to engage in therapy to improve their quality of life.
