Aug 29, 2026Your sence of urgency, especially in making appointments for paitient requiring surgery. Also the knowledge, concern, courtesy, etc, exhibited by your staff. If other doctors asked to provide clearances responded as quickly as you did, I would have had my surgery bo now. Baptist scheduling didn't call me for the breathing and chest x-ray. I had to call doctor's office to make appointment with, thinking that was the hold-up! So thank you to everyone at Baptist Heart for taking care of me in such a professional, caring manner.
