Aug 25, 2023Fantastic staff. Comfortable feeling atmosphere. They remember you, not just a chart to them. Appointments run on time. When scheduling appointments they work with you to find a workable time and date. Michelle takes the time to explain what I need to know. She demonstrates what she is about to do. For instance she was going to put a powder in my ear so she let me feel the devise on my neck before blowing the powder into my ear. Less stressful.

Aug 10, 2023I would not have given a '10' prior to my most recent visit, as the service from the support staff had been poor. However, I was pleasantly surprised with my last visit. All the staff was very professional, efficient, and courteous. My medical issues were promptly addressed and a good treatment plan created.

I especially appreciated how well Michelle, the PA, addressed all my concerns at my pre-op appointment. I felt much better about going into surgery after that. And the day off surgery, Dr. Walker answered all my questuons thoroughly.
