About Me

I have lived in the Jacksonville area since childhood, when my mother was stationed here in the military, and enjoy spending time with my husband and our two sons. We love movie and game nights at home, as well as spending time outdoors—whether it’s at the pool, the beach or staying active with sports. Living an active lifestyle is important to me and something I enjoy sharing with my patients.

My philosophy of care is centered on listening to my patients and understanding the unique challenges and barriers they face. I take a patient-centered approach, working collaboratively with each individual to create realistic, sustainable health goals.
