Sarah really listens to what I have to say and then makes gentle directions. I trust her implicitly.

The therapist is so amazing with such insight to motivate me to make rational decisions ones that are healthier and make my better not more complicated like it already is. She listens to everything then lets we hear what I am actually saying and how that might not be the avenue I should take but I decide for myself and I feel stronger every time I have a session and feel better about myself.
