Brand new, location, nice staff, easy to get appointments. Dr. Doulens was great. Helpful, explain in laymen terms, listen to you and answers your questions and made the plan with te patient. Very happy here.

I went to the walk in clinic in Yulee. It was convenient for me because walk in are from 1-4 on friday. I arrived at one o'clock and was pleasantly great by Rachel and Tara. I was pull back and triage in a timely matter. K Doulens, MD was very educational, theral and explained everything to me. I look forward to my care plan and my next office visit. You guys Rock.

Dr Doulens quickly diagnosed and explained the issue with my rotator cuff, prescribed a rehabilitation plan and future steps. He has a great bedside manner and a very thorough knowledge on shoulder injuries. I’d highly recommend him!
