Aug 29, 2025I love my therapist, Elizabeth. She has given me more tools to work through the issues we discuss in therapy than any therapist I have seen in the past. I really wish I could stay with her after my EAP sessions are exhausted because I feel like I have really made progress with her.

Jun 21, 2024One of the staff members was sleep at the front desk. She looked up and went right back to sleep. If she was in break she should have left the front. I think it was very unprofessional. Another staff member had her phone out and mounted watching a movie. The counselor was so booked that I had to wait 3 months just to get that appointment. And to come in and see staff bored with little work, and unpleasant attitudes, was not welcoming.
