Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Analyst I, Financial to join the Decision Support team.  This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity located on the downtown campus of Baptist Health:

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Compiles and analyzes financial information for Baptist Health.
  • Creates and analyzes monthly reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
  • Identifies trends and present findings to leadership.
  • Works closely with Managers, Directors and Vice-Presidents.
  • Performs Cost Accounting maintenance and analysis
  • Responsible for quarterly ACHA reporting

This position requires a bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, healthcare knowledge is preferred.

 

The analytical support functions require extensive computer use & a mid-high level of familiarity with many software applications.

 

The ability to work independently, problem solve, communicate effectively, and have a general knowledge of budgets is required.
