Job Summary

Baptist Health is looking for a CE Tech Dispatcher and Purchasing Assistant to join our team. This position is a full-time, days opportunity. The Dispatcher andPurchasing Assistant performs daily duties specific to Work Order Dispatch and Purchasing duties.

Our CE Tech Dispatcher and Purchasing Assistant responsibiliites:

  • This position is the voice of the company up front when answering inbound calls.
  • As the key person fielding calls, duties include connecting people in and outside the company, taking messages and following up on unanswered calls/requests.
  • As primary for the phones, this position monitors CE-Tech's 1-800 #, internal service extensions, messaging and on-call communication.
  • A large majority of this work is taking information from customers and generating work orders either manually or through CE-Tech's online work request tool.
  • In addition, this position provides operational support to the Materials management team.
  • Duties include managing vendor coordinated repairs by way of issuing PO's and getting RMA's. further responsibilities include activities surrounding shipping and receiving medical equipment as well as reconciling receipts.
