Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring for a Chaplain Lead at Baptist Nassau.  This is a Full-Time Days position.

Chaplain Lead Job Duties:

  • Provide Pastoral Care and Counseling, religious resources, and support groups for patients, patients' families, hospital staff, and physicians
  • Function as an active member of treatment teams
  • Respond to referrals from nurses, physicians, and local clergy
  • Assist and collaborate with pastoral care staff, residents, students, and volunteers
  • Develop efficient follow-up support plans for patients and their families.

**Education/Cert note- Ministers licensed or endorsed by a recognized denomination are qualified to serve as chaplains as ordained. In addition, applicants who are board eligible are also to be considered as board certified under this job code.
