Job Summary

Baptist Health is currently looking for a Chaplain Resident to support the Spiritual Care department at Baptist Medical Center. This is a Full-Time Various Shifts Opportunity.

Consecutive residency years is a fellowship with an increase in pay and a decrease in educational curriculum requirements or substituted by research.

The Chaplain Resident will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Provide pastoral care for team members and patients by developing efficient follow-up support plans.
• Comply with the Standards and Objectives of the ACPE and its Baptist Medical Center Residency Program Curriculum.
• Rotate in-hospital and on-call with fellow residents.
