Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the administration, design and implementation of compensation programs based on policies and procedures that promote market competitiveness with an internal focus on equity. The manager will ensure that all jobs are evaluated, classified and priced appropriately, to effectively create a infrastructure that supports the growth and strategies of the organization. Responsible for auditing and reviewing processes for continued efficiency. Partnering w/ recruitment management to ensure collaboration between recruitment and compensation. *Certification requirement: requires Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or significant compensation management experience.
