Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Consultant, Strategy to join the Strategic Management team.  This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity located in downtown Jacksonville.

Responsibilities include:

• Works with Executive and Senior Leaders to advance Baptist Health's Strategic Operating Plan;
• Manages multiple complex strategic project assignments throughout the life of the project;
• Leads cross-functional project teams;
• Ensures accountability and facilitates problem solving;
• Surfaces and escalates barriers;
• Develops and monitors KPIs for each project and provides regular status reporting to executive leaders

**  Masters in Healthcare Administration preferred.
